Mansion Tours
Tours run every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday in April through December.
Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Museum Shop only, on the day of each tour.

The tour is approximately one hours, and is recommended for those age 10 and up. For younger visitors we recommend our Festive Family Days in December, featuring a special tour for those age 4 and up.
Want to visit with a group?
Please call 845-454-4500 to make a reservation for groups with more than 8 guests. We recommend at least 2 weeks' notice to book a group tour.
Private tours ($30/person, minimum 4 people) are available by appointment only for days the mansion is not regularly open. We recommend at least 2 weeks' notice to book a private tour.
January - March: Open Thursday-Monday 10am - 5pm
April 1 - December 30: Open every day 10am - 5pm (Except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Easter)
Gardens, Grounds, & Hiking trails
The grounds are open daily from 10am-5pm from April 1 - December 30.
We have 5 miles of hiking trails and maps are available in the Museum Shop
Can I Bring my Dog?
Dogs are permitted on the grounds with a valid membership. We also offer dog walker day passes for $25 in the Museum Shop which can be purchased upon arrival. If you would like to become a member, you can purchase one here or at the Museum Shop.

Accessibility:
Visitor Center and Grounds
Handicapped parking is on a level paved surface less than 100 feet from the Visitor Center.
An accessible restroom is available at the Visitor Center.
A level, 300-foot gravel path connects the Visitor Center to the mansion. Level gravel paths wind through the gardens.
Mansion
There is no wheelchair access to the mansion. There are seven steps up to the front door, seventeen steps from the main floor to the second floor, and ten steps from the main floor to the ground floor.
